Fair Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of Qonera's services ("Services") and is incorporated into Qonera's Terms of Service. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the Services remain accessible, reliable, and performant for all users, and to set clear expectations about acceptable use. Qonera is committed to providing high-quality AI-assisted review and approval services within a sustainable operating model.

2. Core User Licence

Subject to your compliance with Qonera's Terms of Service and this Policy, Qonera grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to:

• —Access and use the Services for your internal business or professional purposes
• —Submit questions, documents, and files for review through the Services
• —Receive and use outputs generated by the Services in connection with your professional work
• —Integrate the Services into your internal workflows

This licence does not permit you to resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services or outputs generated by the Services to third parties without Qonera's prior written consent.

3. Fair Usage Standard

Each subscription plan includes a defined question allowance (see Pricing). Usage is measured as follows:

• —Standard questions count as 1× against your monthly question pool.
• —Deep research questions — those that trigger multi-pass analysis, live web search, or extended document processing — count as 2.5× against your monthly question pool.

Question allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused allowance does not roll over. If you consistently approach your plan limits, Qonera may contact you to discuss upgrading to a more appropriate plan.

4. Prohibited Practices

The following practices are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

1. 1.Automated bulk usage: Using scripts, bots, or automated systems to submit questions at a rate that exceeds normal human usage, or that is designed to exhaust your question pool rapidly.
2. 2.Resale or redistribution: Selling, licensing, or otherwise providing third-party access to the Services or outputs without explicit written authorisation from Qonera.
3. 3.Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code or underlying algorithms from the Services.
4. 4.Credential sharing: Sharing account credentials or access tokens with individuals beyond those permitted under your plan's user allowance.
5. 5.System interference: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or to circumvent any security or authentication measures.
6. 6.Data extraction: Systematically downloading or extracting data from the Services in a manner that exceeds normal use, including using the Services to aggregate competitive intelligence or to build a competing product.
7. 7.Harmful content: Submitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of third parties, including uploading documents you do not have the right to process.

5. Enforcement

Qonera monitors usage patterns to identify abuse or violations of this Policy. Where Qonera determines that usage violates this Policy, Qonera may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• —Issue a warning to the account holder
• —Temporarily suspend access to the Services
• —Permanently terminate the account
• —Pursue legal remedies where warranted

Qonera will use reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before taking action in cases that appear to be accidental or inadvertent.

6. Custom Solutions

If your use case requires usage that exceeds the limits of standard plans — including high-volume processing, API access, white-label deployments, or custom integrations — Qonera offers Enterprise plans with bespoke terms.
