What counts as a question?
Any prompt submitted to the Qonera review pipeline counts as one question. Standard questions count as 1×. Deep research questions — those that trigger a full multi-pass analysis with web search — count as 2.5×.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is Qonera GDPR compliant?
Yes. All plans are GDPR compliant from day one. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to all customers. Enterprise plans include additional compliance features including SSO/SAML and custom data retention.
What is Partner Sign-Off?
Partner Sign-Off is the supervisor approval workflow. Before any output is delivered or shared, a named human reviewer must approve it. The review action is recorded in the audit trail with a timestamp and reviewer identity.
Do you offer a free trial?

Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. All paid plans are available with annual billing at a discount — you get 2 months free when you pay annually. Use the toggle on the pricing cards above to see annual rates.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. For monthly plans, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access until then. For annual plans, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual term. No prorated refunds are issued for remaining time on any plan.
