What counts as a review run?
A standard chat (base) counts as 1 review run, which equals 1.0 credit. The plan limits above (e.g. 250 review runs) are measured in these credits. Some options add to that:
Add-ons stack. So a chat with documents plus Structured Query is 1.0 + 2.5 + 2.5 = 6.0 credits. Deep Research with documents is 2.5 + 2.5 = 5.0 credits. A simple chat with no add-ons stays at 1.0 credit.
Source Audit costs 5.0 credits. It runs three independent AI models plus a judge across all your documents before any analysis begins, so the cost reflects the full model ensemble.
Evidence Base matrix runs cost 1.0 credit per cell, where a cell is one question on one document. So a 5-document, 5-question matrix is 25 credits. Cells that fail to complete are not charged.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is Qonera GDPR compliant?
Yes. All plans are GDPR compliant from day one. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to all customers. Enterprise plans include additional compliance features including SSO/SAML and custom data retention.
What is Partner Sign Off?
Partner Sign Off is the supervisor approval workflow. Before any output is delivered or shared, a named human reviewer must approve it. The review action is recorded in the audit trail with a timestamp and reviewer identity.
Do you offer a free trial?
As part of our Founding Member Programme, available during our pilot launch, we are offering one month of free access with no obligation to convert to a paid plan. There is no automatic upgrade at the end of the month. If you choose to continue, you select a plan. If not, you simply stop. Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. All paid plans are available with annual billing at a discount. You get 2 months free when you pay annually. Use the toggle on the pricing cards above to see annual rates.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. For monthly plans, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access until then. For annual plans, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual term. No prorated refunds are issued for remaining time on any plan.
